Eyes of the Prophet
We are Eyes of the Prophet. Jake- Vocals, Guitar. Mitch- Guitar, Vocals. Jordan- Beatmaster. We're from Cloverdale, Indiana but we're no small town act. We derive alot of our influence from bands like: Bullet For My Valentine, Breaking Benjamin, All That Remains, Killswitch Engage, Metallica, Alice In Chains, Hendrix, His Grace This Hour, As I Lay Dying, the list goes on and on...
We are currently attending Indiana University and IUPUI in our musical pursuits. If you are wondering about the origin of our name, Eyes of the Prophet, then let me tell you a lilttle story:
Following the inevitable collapse of their first band Prophet, Mitch Parks and Jake Kirkman decided it was time to embrace their destiny and claim their rightful place in the music scene. They realized Prophet was blind; no direction, no drive. The eyes are symbolic of their new found vision. With nothing but their guitars at their side and a little help from an old friend, Jordan Bopp, Eyes of the Prophet sets out to fulfill the prophesy foretold. And thus the journey begins...
